Dhaulagiri Hospital Baglung has been upgraded from Baglung District Hospital of Baglung in the year 2067 to become Dhaulagiri Regional Hospital Baglung and it has the organizational structure of Darwand Wamozami approved for the operation of the hospital in the same Wamojim. . In terms of service expansion, there is a need to increase service delivery and manpower, but as before, there is a challenge to make the increased service delivery of the citizens more agile with the approved manpower and working manpower. However, for the provision of services, the Government of Nepal has managed additional manpower from the internal income of the Provincial Government and the Hospital Management Committee.


Workd
  • To look over opening and closing time, safety and cleanliness of hospital, assign staffs to different departments and giving approved job description and responsibility of the work to each staff.
  • Daily attendance of employees, keeping attendance records and assign to fill logbooks
  • Use the hospital's letter pad and stamp safely
  • Register letters, invoices and correspondence and prepare documents as required to keep secure records
  • Updating employee's personal details, leave work and other records and updating them as required
  • To make the service of the hospital efficient and effective, provide services and work in a fast, efficient and easily accessible manner and arrange the shift guard.
  • Recruiting required employees through advertisement and contract agreement
  • Proper conduct of various meetings and safe keeping of decision book and execution of decisions.
  • Keeping records of the decisions made in the hospital management committee and keeping copies of the decisions, preparing copies of the decisions on time and sending them to the ministry or related agencies
  • Inspecting and evaluating the employees under various branches and submitting them to the head of the office along with their opinions
  • Taking actions related to transfer, promotion, appointment, posting and work of employees and implementing decisions.
  • Sending participants to various studies, trainings, conferences, seminars, meetings and interactions from the hospital.
  • To request the relevant agencies to fill the vacant positions
  • Publish an advertisement for filling up the posts and make appointments
  • Submitting to the Ministry along with the official opinion on punishments, punishments, incentives, awards, resignations, clarifications and other personnel administration related matters to the Ministry and implementing the decision.
  • To review the hospital branch
  • At the beginning of each financial year, inform the filling of the performance evaluation form and submit it to the relevant agency
  • Maintenance and protection of materialistic material and vehicles.
  • To carry out work related to purchase, filling and expenditure and auction sale of goods and to keep records of same
  • Investigate and take action after registering the complaints, petitions and grievances related to the operations in the hospital
  • Taking action regarding requests, instructions and complaints from other agencies that came to the hospital
  • Keeping records of received complaints and complaints, taking initiatives to resolve complaints
