Recording branch
In the recording branch of this hospital, to prepare monthly and annual reports to keep records of the services provided by different branches of the hospital and to submit monthly reports to the relevant bodies, to orient the health workers for the collection of records annually, and to discuss the regulation of electronic health records (EMR) operated in the hospital. The work is done by this branch. In addition, this branch has also been doing the work of providing data related to the hospital regulations required by various associations and related agencies. Currently, 1 medical recorder is working in this branch.
