There are a total of 28 beds including 21 beds in Covid Isolation, 3 beds in Covid ICU and 4 beds in non-Covid ICU. In this isolation ward, which was established after the epidemic of Covid-19, treatment services for infectious and communicable diseases are provided. If the patient of Covid-19 is weak and if ICU is required, treatment is done in the Covid-19 ICU. ICU service has been started in this hospital since 2078-9-13 after realizing the need of general ICU for the treatment of sick patients who come to this hospital for treatment. In general ICU, emergency and other wards are admitted and treated to patients who need to be treated in ICU. After the establishment of ICU, the compulsion of sick patients to go to Pokhara for treatment has reduced. 2 consultant physicians, 1 nursing officer, 8 staff nurses, and 4 office assistants are working in the ICU branch of this hospital. From this branch, intensive care services, Isolation (infectious/communicable disease treatment services), ABG services, and dialysis patients can also be availed. To receive services from the isolation ward, the client / patient can be admitted to the isolation ward and get the services available from there if there is a suspicion of COVID-19 or if the patient is checked by a doctor at the OPD, emergency, or another ward.

All the services available from this hospital are provided free of charge to the patients admitted to the isolation ward who are positive for Covid-19, according to the rules of the Government of Nepal. Dialysis services are also available in this ward if the patients admitted to this ward require dialysis during treatment.

If the patients who are being treated in this General ICU (Intensive Treatment Room) need to be treated on a ventilator, Rs. 1500 (One Thousand Five Hundred) per day and if you need to monitor only or put on ventilator without treatment Rs. 100 (one thousand) per day is charged.

Consumers who have health insurance can get services from health insurance, and if they fall within the target category specified by the government of Nepal (the very poor, disabled, senior citizens, etc.), they can get treatment from the social security unit in the hospital. By the end of June, 237 people have taken the service.
