Counter (Registration) Section
Registration branch (counter) means that the personal details of the customer who comes to receive external services, internal services and emergency services are accurately registered and sent to the relevant branch for the service that the customer has come to receive, and this registration branch is understood as an inquiry and consultation. Such as registering names, billing, registering admissions, registering discharges, registering referral challans, collecting revenue for service fees, etc. in this branch. Other Services like Family Planning Services, Safe Abortion Services, Tuberculosis Leprosy Services, Nutritional Rehabilitation, ART Services Patient Name, Age, Address, Contact number, senior citizen card is required for senior citizen services, disabled identity card for disabled services, health service card for maternal and newborn program services, and a vaccination card for children. Registration is available 24 hours a day for emergency services, for other services from Sunday to Friday from 9 am to 12.30 pm and for Extended Health Services (EHS) from Sunday to Friday from 2 pm to 5 pm. Currently, 7 employees are working in this branch.
